Carmen and Dana: Georgetown Ballroom – Seattle, WA

I had the honor of photographing the ceremony of Carmen and Dana at the Georgetown Ballroom.  I had so much fun with them a few weeks earlier taking their engagement photos, so I was looking forward to their wedding day!  The weather was predicted to be rainy, but as I arrived it was gorgeous and sunny.  We had a great time wandering around Georgetown taking portraits.   Then we headed back for the celebration. It was such a beautiful and touching ceremony. There was singing and readings by friends as well as a lasso ceremony with both of their Dads.   The reception was a lot of fun -it included a tequila bar and lots of dancing! It was a great night and I am so happy I got to be a part of it.

  • Megan - Great job, Dana, these pictures are awesome. Of course, it didn’t hurt that the subjects are so photogenic and that it was such an amazing venue and perfect night. 😉 Thank you so much for sharing. Love you guys.

  • Saskia - Beautiful job. I love the shots in front of the blue wall and the lighting on the first dance is gorgeous.
