I had the pleasure of second shooting with the lovely Casey Brodley a couple of times last year. I shot this wedding with her at Smogshoppe, which is such an amazing venue! Such a fun and lovely couple. Here are a few of my favorites.
Over the summer I had the privilege of 2nd shooting with some fantastic Los Angeles Photographers. Being new to L.A., it has been a great way to get to know other photographers and vendors. This wedding I am going to share with you was one I shot with Mary Costa Photography. She is a fantastic photographer and lovely human! Ebell Long Beach was such an amazing venue as well. Here are some highlights from the day.
Carlos and Marlyn reached out to me about a Beverly Hills engagement photography session. They live in San Diego but wanted to come to Los Angeles for their session. I am so glad they did! We had such a great time wandering around Beverly Hills and then ending the evening at LACMA. They looked so glam in their formal wear. Here are a few of my favorites!
Well, here we are! The end of another year. I have failed miserably at blogging this year, but I just had to get up my annual post. It reminds me to be grateful for my life! Although it’s been a tough year in the world, it’s good to look back at my own personal adventures. This year has been another year of transition for me. I spent my first full year in Los Angeles, but I also took more flights back and forth between Seattle and L.A. than I ever have before. I had a full summer of weddings in Seattle as well as some of my first ones in L.A. As always, I am so grateful to all of the couples and families who trusted me to document their lives this year. I am also grateful for all of my new friends in Los Angeles who make me feel like I belong! It’s been a challenging year trying to figure out exactly what I want to do career-wise, but I am confident that 2018 will bring more answers and lots of new adventures. I hope you enjoy taking a look at some of what I’ve been up to this year. Also, I just launched a new website! Check it out HERE. Happy New Year!! Here’s to a brighter year ahead!
